this is what the banks trade at.

If you have time keep watching the rates for a while and look out for
thing on the news like bank of england rates and intress rates going up,
and sometime even things like shifts in goverments can make a diffrence,
I don't think there is any one thing that moves the euro up and down its
a combination of things, and if traders loose conferdance in a currency
they start selling that and buy another thats rising. so its down to a
little luck and good timing and acting quickly.
